Create sustainable, effective Debt Management Plans. Work to client-focused, quality-based targets. Proactively build trust with clients by establishing rapport, listening, acknowledging, and guiding them through their journey. Use your expertise and rapport to guide clients to the best solutions, overcoming objections. Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and third parties. Be commercial and client-driven, listening to client needs, being supportive and empathetic. Guide colleagues where needed, using your expertise to help them achieve good outcomes. Key Skills of a Successful Candidate At least 12 months of previous experience within the debt management sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand client needs. Exceptional customer service skills to handle challenging and vulnerable clients. A great team player with the confidence to work independently. Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work. A desire to show initiative and the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands on your time.
