Role overview Mundipharma is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead the UK&I Key Account Managers (KAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy in alignment with global objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation, budget management, and driving sales force excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, manage, and develop the KAM team to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth. • Define and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. • Design and implement sales force structure, territory planning, and incentive programs aligned with the Global Sales Incentive Program (GSIP). • Monitor field activities to ensure workload balance and effective customer engagement. • Work collaboratively as part of the UK &I Management Team to achieve short- and long-term sales goals. • Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the sales team, fostering a high- performance culture. • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry codes, and relevant legislation. • Oversee sales forecasting, budget management, and promotional budget allocation. • Drive commercial excellence through effective cross-functional collaboration and CRM management. • Support customer engagement strategy and omnichannel initiatives. Experience & Qualifications • Extensive experience in sales leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. • Strong people management and coaching skills to develop high performing teams. • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans. • Deep understanding of sales incentive programs, territory planning, and customer engagement.. Working with specialized products/ Therapies alongside large scale product launch experience • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate cross- functionally. • Commitment to patient-centricity and adherence to industry compliance Standards..
