Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the talent acquisition function
Employee Engagement and Development:
Lead the design and implementation of development and training programmes - ensuring we develop our team at all levels

Experienced in building and owning people strategies from the ground up and right sizing for our stage of growth - c. Part time role (3 days a week)
