This is a full time position (39 hours per week) and will be located at The Rodney Hotel in Clifton Village, Bristol. Key Information for the Hotel Receptionist job: Salary: £ 24,843 per annum plus uncapped bonuses (on average around £80-£100 extra per month, however the uncapped nature of the bonus means that our top performers can expect to take home even more than this). Hours: Full time, 39 hours per week worked to a rota that will include evening and weekend work. Our rotas cover a 3-week period, and the typical rota pattern will see you having 1 weekend off in 3 Shift times: 5 shifts per week, comprising a combination of early shifts (approx. 7am - 3pm) and late shifts (approx. 2pm - 10pm). Overtime: Agreed overtime is paid at a rate of £12.50 per hour. Non-agreed overtime is not paid, but may be taken as time in lieu with the agreement of your manager. You’ll also enjoy the more administrative side of the role and will have fantastic attention to detail and the ability to anticipate what guests need You will, ideally, have good availability to work either an early shift (7am - 3pm) or late shift (2pm - 10pm) on a mixture of weekday and weekend days. We can be flexible to work around other commitments within reason What you'll be doing as Hotel Receptionist: Reporting to the Hotel Assistant Manager, you will be involved in: Delivering excellent customer service for our guests – no day is the same Making room sales and meeting sales targets Checking guests in and out – taking payments and processing correctly Handling guest enquiries and helping our guests have the best stay possible Admin duties This is not a role that can be worked remotely, so successful applicants need to be able to work within the chosen hotel.
