Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5 years. Support the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, promoting learning through play. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff, fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Monitor and assess children's development, tracking progress and setting individual learning goals. Work alongside the teaching team to create engaging activities and resources. Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are followed at all times. Support the emotional, social, and developmental needs of children. Essential Qualifications & Experience: Fully qualified Nursery Nurse with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent). Experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework. Passion for supporting children's learning and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well as part of a team and independently. A current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
