About the Role
As a Development Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting our internal users across 60 offices, ensuring smooth operation of our custom-built business systems. You'll collaborate daily with experienced developers, product owners, and technical architects to investigate and resolve issues, manage support tickets, and continuously improve user experience.
What You'll Do
* Provide first-line technical support for over 1,000 users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in bespoke systems built with modern Microsoft technologies.
* Identify and escalate urgent issues to management.
* Log and manage bugs using Jira.
* Fix data issues directly in our SQL Server database.
* Gain exposure to a wide range of business-critical platforms (CRM, Mobile, HR, IT, Fleet, and more).
* Communicate effectively with users via phone, video, chat, and email.
* Work with a development team releasing new updates every two weeks.
* Receive mentorship with potential progression into a developer role.

Essential Skills:
