Job Title: Care Coordinator
Location: Office Based North Manchester Branch, Middleton
Contract: Full time
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexi-time available within typical office opening hours.
Starting Salary: £28,000 – weekly or monthly pay available
Holidays: 18.5 days per year plus bank holidays, ability to accrue 1 additional holiday day per year from 5 years (capped at 5 years)

The Role
1. Setting up and running care packages to the highest standards
2. Managing staff rotas
3. Package retention and maintenance
4. Ongoing risk assessing and client compliance
5. Attending client meetings
6. Attending MDT meetings
7. Emergency shift covering
8. On call (one week out of 6), you will receive additional payment for this duty as and when you complete.
