We're looking for someone on a 12 month fixed term contract with potential to extend depending on workload. We will consider flexible options such as reduced hours or 4 days a week.

Purpose of the Role
As the Projects Manager, your ability to deliver on multiple projects, build strong relationships with your stakeholders and manage the smooth and efficient running and development of our operational projects as well as the seamless transition of planned mergers and acquisitions into the firm will be critical to our success.
Aims
Your aims are to ensure that Monahans is delivering on its critical projects through:
1. Leading and being accountable for the implementation of our operational projects including the integration of new teams.
2. Coordinating, facilitating, and managing the operational integration of acquired businesses into the Monahans portfolio.
3. Championing solutions to issues, obstacles and barriers and creating processes and systems that allow the organisation to become more disciplined, accountable, and efficient in executing every part of its vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver operations and integration projects that will grow our portfolio and develop the operational strength of Monahans.
2. Programme-manage the delivery of technical and central services projects that will underpin the smooth running of our client services.
3. Measure and report on the progress of our projects across the organisation in line with our weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual review of critical success factors.
4. Build collaborative working relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and articulating complexities easily across a broad range of operational topics.
5. Conduct projects’ post-implementation reviews, taking the key learnings and continuously improving our processes and practices.
6. Proactively manage any operational risks by identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks before they become a problem.
7. Develop project management capability in the team and establish reporting processes that will keep the firm informed of progress, challenges, and solutions.
8. Communicate confidently and kindly with all members of the Monahans Team.

Skills and experience:
1. Ideally an accountancy background and good understanding of operational and technical accountancy processes.
2. Experience in project managing acquisitions and business transfers, with multiple workstreams.
3. A proven track record of success and the ability to implement operations planning and project management effectively.
4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. Demonstrated experience in change management and organisational transformation.
