About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in Southport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in residential conveyancing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our fee earners with a busy caseload, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Taking client instructions and communicating with them throughout the process;
* Carrying out property searches and reviewing documents;
* Preparing and submitting paperwork to the Land Registry;
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting to management as required.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in conveyancing and possess strong communication skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,500-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
