Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have proven
experience or training in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
(SEND).
Essential qualifications include strong ICT proficiency and a solid understanding of
safeguarding policies. Desirable qualifications include additional SEND certifications, first aid
certification, and experience in a primary school setting.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour
management skills, and be empathetic, adaptable, and a team player committed to
professional development. Responsibilities include supporting learning, integrating ICT into
the curriculum, and monitoring student progress
