About the Role
As a Technical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing nominated contracts, working to achieve projected margins, programme, and client expectations. You will also provide input into estimate breakdowns, procure materials and plant required for contracts under your management, and schedule and coordinate the activities of installers using Kelio Planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce plans outlining the scope, timeline, and resources required for each contract
* Manage nominated contracts to achieve projected margins, programme, and client expectations
* Provide input into estimate breakdowns
* Procure materials and plant required for contracts under your management
* Schedule and coordinate the activities of installers using Kelio Planning
You will also be responsible for monitoring, recording, and authorising installers' annual leave and absences via Kelio, staying up-to-date with industry certifications, and ensuring that installers are encouraged and supported in achieving relevant certifications.

The successful candidate will have experience in the security sector, preferably with knowledge of Gallagher Pulse Fence System or similar PIDS products and sectors. A Level 3 Engineering qualification for Gallagher and related products would be desirable, although training and development can be provided.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience plus a company vehicle.
