Key responsibilities of the role include: Managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional service through regular online and in-person touchpoints. Identifying opportunities to expand existing client portfolios and contribute to business development across the various TC Group service lines. Overseeing portfolio finances, including driving monthly billing targets, improving recoveries, managing debt collection, and forecasting. Preparing management accounts in Xero and Fathom. Reviewing statutory accounts. Assisting in office management, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice. Identifying and facilitating training and development needs for the team. Escalating development issues and progression requirements to senior management. What are we looking for? 5 years experience within an accountancy practice. ACA or ACCA qualified.
