About the role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in the business and support the Sales Manager and Managing Director. This is not just a support role; it’s an opportunity to showcase your organisation and communication skills while helping the business grow. In this role you will be working from 7am – 4:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and prioritise the calendars of executives to ensure seamless daily operations.
Prepare quotes, document meeting notes, and handle action points with accuracy and speed.
Act as the voice of the executives, following up with contacts via email and phone to maintain strong relationships.
Oversee team tasks, following up for accountability and ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist in the hiring process and handle general HR administrative tasks to support team growth.
Conduct market research to pinpoint potential customers and business opportunities.
Organise marketing materials, manage social media content, and help keep the website updated and SEO optimised.
Provide operational assistance across various administrative tasks.
About you:
You should have previous experience of managing diaries and deadlines, prioritising tasks, and keeping things running like clockwork. You will have great communication skills – being articulate, warm and always professional, whether using email, phone, messaging or in person. You are an accountable individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be reliable and effective, ensuring that every task is completed with efficiency, integrity and precision. Experience using business software and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
