We are seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Management Specialist to manage the iSolutions self-service portal, which includes the Knowledge Base and several self-service forms. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of knowledge within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating the knowledge base, as well as troubleshooting issues that arise.
About the Role
* Manage the iSolutions self-service portal, including the Knowledge Base and self-service forms.
* Maintain and update the knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
* Troubleshoot issues with the self-service portal and provide technical support as needed.
