Your Role: Planning Administrator
To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning department to ensure that information is compiled ready for the work to be carried out.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with customers to ensure a positive experience
* Managing workload to comply with Client Service Level Agreements
* Managing NRSWA requirements on individual schemes to minimize financial risk and non-compliance
* Coordinating with local authorities
* Effectively liaising with all stakeholders
* All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
* Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
* Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
* The ability to work under pressure to deadlines. IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
* Team player, but also comfortable working alone
* Understanding the need for respect, sensitivity, and discretion in a public-facing role
* Some flexibility of working hours may be required
* Self-Motivated, enthusiastic, and calm under pressure
