HR Consultant (Temporary Role) Duration : 4 months Pay: £21.51 per hour (PAYE) Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP (subject to security checks) Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week An established insurance group is on the lookout for a skilled HR Consultant to join their team on an interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert Employee Relations (ER) advice and coaching to line managers and business leads, ensuring adherence to HR policies and guidance. Stay informed on the latest case law and best practices to educate and empower line managers in managing ER cases effectively. Offer guidance to employees on HR policies and processes when required. Manage people-related issues with efficiency and timeliness. Foster positive, collaborative relationships across departments and with managers. What Were Looking For: Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations. Familiarity with HR interventions and tools, and their practical application. CIPD qualification (or working towards it). Exceptional communication skills across various mediums. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative. Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proven influencing skills to support the implementation of robust ER processes, reducing risk while enhancing the colleague experience.
