Location: Livingston Position: Street Works Coordinator Main Purpose: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Street Works Coordinator to join our team in Livingston. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage all streetworks permits and notices related to our frames and covers civil projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the application and coordination of streetworks permits and notices. Collaborate closely with project managers and sub-contractors to ensure efficient daily programming of work for each team. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Monitor and report on the progress of streetworks activities. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the projects. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to streetworks activities. The role will involve scheduling and programming work on the Openreach frames and covers project dealing with all aspects of TM. Assot the Project managers with day to day operational aspects of the workstream Monitor and identify street works compliance, performance risks in relation to Section 74, Fixed Penalty Notices Control timebound SLA/KPIs Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering or construction industry. Experience in the Utilities Industry Expert knowledge of Symology and Street Works Software Understanding NRSWA and associated codes of practice and industry best practice. Strong understanding of streetworks regulations and permitting processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with project managers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing streetworks permits and notices. Job Type: Temporary with a view to becoming permanent. The client may offer a direct permanent position for the right candidate. Hours are full time Monday to Friday - please note this role will be office based on a full time basis.
