JOB DESCRIPTION: Our Electrophysiology business is recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for revenues and managing the team in North London/Oxfordshire/Cambridgeshire. As a Regional Sales Manager you will: · Provide first line management to the subordinate staff allocated and be fully responsible for all HR related activities including coaching and development for all direct and indirect reports. · Be accountable for the results of sales revenues of the EP portfolio. · Liaise effectively with team and wider support staff to ensure implementation of defined strategies developed with the purpose of increasing market share and revenue generation. · Be able to effectively communicate the rationale of using Abbott's EP products and develop an deep understanding of the market, including competitor offerings. What you'll need: · A Degree in life science or equivalent. · Significant medical sales experience in medical devices, ideally in a similar sales leadership role. · Leadership qualities. · Strong communication skills. · Results orientated, strategic thinker, problem solver, presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good negotiation skills. · Ethical character.
