Childcare Solicitor required to join a team on a permanent basis. The role involves managing a caseload of Childcare legal matters, undertaking complex proceedings, and representing the organisation. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with extensive experience dealing with Childcare legal matters within a local authority. Key responsibilities include
* Managing a varied caseload of Childcare legal matters
* Undertaking complex proceedings, including advocacy work
* Representing the organisation and supporting the delivery of legal services
* Providing strategic support to Elected Members and Directorate teams
* Supporting the development and delivery of Service Level Agreements
* Proactively managing risks and opportunities
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive
* Experience within local government
* Strong experience within Childcare and Family Law
