Join us as a Business Analyst, supporting Global Transaction Banking to achieve its strategic objectives by owning the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for strategic and regulatory change initiatives, providing leadership and ongoing development to more junior team members.
You will support the business requirements phases end-to-end – producing clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realise their required benefits. Additionally, you will assist in the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes, ensuring relevant controls are in place to safeguard the customer experience.

Purpose of the role

Accountabilities
1. Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
2. Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
3. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
4. Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
5. Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
6. Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
7. Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
8. Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
