You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution. As a Shop Manager you will manage an Assistant Shop Manager along with a team of diverse Volunteers, you will need to demonstrate that you possess great people skills and that you are confident and competent working with people from different backgrounds creating a welcoming and positive experience for all of our staff, volunteers and supporters. You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our frontline work. You will need to be driven and focused on making money, and have good communication skills both inside and outside the shop, reaching out to the local community to help build support for the shop.
