Are you a proactive, detail-oriented individual with experience in a warehouse environment? At Kensa, we’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods in our warehouse.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operations, taking responsibility for inventory management, timely goods receipt, accurate storage, and dispatch of materials. Using best practices like ‘First in First out’ (FIFO) and 5S principles, you will ensure materials are stored and handled safely and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure the shop floor is replenished, avoiding shortages.
* Receive and process all materials promptly at goods-in.
* Safely store all materials, adhering to FIFO principles to maintain quality.
* Accurately pick and put away stock while maintaining precise inventory records.
* Participate in cycle-counting and stock audits as needed.
* Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet packing and dispatch timelines.
* Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring product integrity during packing.
* Organise work areas in line with 5S principles.
About You:
* Knowledge of Health & Safety and Manual Handling Regulations.
* Experience with MRP/ERP systems in a warehouse environment.
* Proven experience in a similar warehouse/stores role.
* Forklift certification (Counterbalance) is desirable.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of working to tight deadlines.
* Enthusiastic and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
