Key Responsibilities
* Planning and coordinating tasks for Transport Clerks.
* Data gathering and reporting on a weekly and periodical basis, in line with operational processes.
* Support the delivery of Cost Control, Safety, Productivity, Service Excellence, and Culture within the team.
* Ensure that vehicles depart at the correct temperature for each journey.
* Oversee Pre Brief and Debrief compliance.
* Conduct Pre-Journey driver checks with the Transport Clerks.
* Ensure all Admin Legal compliance is met.
* Cover Day and Night shifts as per the rota.
* Provide additional support during Section Managers' holidays.
Candidate Requirements
* A keen passion for transport and eagerness to learn.
* Previous experience within a transport or logistics environment.
* Strong understanding of Driver's Hours, Transport Regulations, and the Working Time Directive.
* Excellent geographical knowledge.
* A customer-focused attitude with a high level of attention to detail.
Pay & Shifts
* PAYE: £14.51 - £29.02 per hour.
* Available shifts: 0600-1400, 1400-2200, 2200-0600.
* Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
