Hays are delighted to be supporting a large housing association on an exclusive basis who are looking to recruit a Shared Service Accountant to join their team. They are looking for professionals who are eager to develop and build their career and offer support with existing homes. You will have experience with balancesheets, fixed asset accounting, prepayments, journals and being able to manipulate large data sets. Ideally, you will be a qualified candidate or working towards your qualifications.
Your new role
1. BalanceSheet, fixed asset accounting, prepayments, journals
2. You will be looking after maintenance and property costs & supplier costs
3. Working within a shared service environment
What you'll need to succeed
1. Ability to handle data
2. Excellent Excel experience
3. Ability to work within a team
4. System experience - preference is D365
5. Essential to trust your instincts and articulate concerns in any context
6. Proactive attitude
What you'll get in return
