Have you recently graduated and are considering a career in education? Want to gain classroom experience before deciding on your next step – whether that’s teaching, psychology, SEN support, or youth work?
We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated university graduates to work as Teaching Assistants in schools across RCT. This is the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door, build up valuable school experience, and make a real difference in children’s lives before the summer break!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom across a variety of subjects and age groups
* Assisting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson preparation
* Working one-to-one or in small groups with children, including those with additional learning needs
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and encourage pupil engagement
What We’re Looking For:
* A university degree (any subject considered!)
* A passion for working with children and making a positive impact
* A willingness to learn and adapt in different school settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
