This professional role takes our clients from their first enquiry through a personalised journey all the way to their special day. This is a hybrid role of office based, remote and operational on site management, joining a team of three. You will be required to work varied shift patterns including some evenings and weekends via a well structured and sensible work life balance schedule. You will need multi-functional experience, humour and an ability to train, develop and manage your team, whilst working with other peer group managers within the organisation. You must be passionate about planning & coordinating weddings and events. Your duties will include: Delivering sale and revenue budgets strategy and planning Managing revenue, margin and profit budgets. Booking, planning, coordinating and the delivery of in-house events. Managing and overseeing the operational event teams. Schedule and lead show-arounds for potential clients. Meeting with the clients to ensure all information is collated when planning their event. Showcasing the Manor house & hotel's features, packages, and amenities to encourage potential clients. Managing the upkeep of the venue, as well as preparing for the setup of an event. Development of social media content. Receiving and responding to enquiries via phone, email, and third-party websites. Candidates will need to show the below experience & skills Educated to degree level in hospitality or similar. Event management experience - Minimum 1 years post graduation customer service skills. to be thorough and pay attention to detail. the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure. the ability to work well with others. to be flexible and open to change. leadership skills. excellent verbal communication skills.
