Reporting to the Care Home Manager, you could be a part of a service that makes a fundamental difference to people’s lives.

As Head of Care can you?
1. Help each resident enjoy the highest possible quality of life, surrounded by love, friendship and support
2. Ensure the Home delivers excellent person-centred care
3. Provide leadership to the Care Team within the home
As Head of Care do you have leadership experience of?
1. Person-centred care for older people including those living with dementia
2. Management of the administration of medication
3. End of life care
4. Staff development and learning
5. An appropriate Social Care or Nursing Qualification achieved equivalent to or working towards NVQ 4 / equivalent QCF award
