Company Overview: Our client is a successful Managed Service Provider for IT and telecoms solutions.
Job Overview: Due to continued business growth, they need to expand their IT Support Team.
Location: The role will involve working from home, but you must be based in Kent/Sussex due to the majority of customers supported.
Responsibilities: You will need to provide onsite support for project work, general hardware/software installations, and upgrades.
Requirements: A full UK driving licence is essential. Excellent support and interpersonal skills are needed as the role is client-facing over the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
