responsibilities will encompass:

understanding individual needs, and providing clear, empathetic guidance.
● Strategic Treatment Coordination: Presenting tailored treatment plans with clarity and

● Operational Proficiency: Utilizing practice management software to manage patient

● Front of House Support: Assisting with reception duties and ensuring a welcoming,
efficient environment.
● Clinical Collaboration: Liaising with clinicians and nursing staff to ensure smooth
patient handovers.
● Digital Proficiency: Utilizing digital tools and platforms to enhance patient
communication and presentation.
Who You Are:
● A seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, patient liaison, or a related
field within the healthcare sector.
● Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and trust with discerning clientele.
● Demonstrate a proactive, results-oriented approach, with a keen eye for detail and a
passion for delivering excellence.
● Proficient in utilizing practice management software, with experience in Dental+ being
highly advantageous.
● Exhibit a genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing a luxurious,
personalized experience.
● GDC registration is desirable but not essential.
● Have a basic understanding of dental procedures.
