The Firehouse Group is a fast-growing business, and due to further expansion, we are looking for an experienced Engineer whose key role will be to carry out service works on a range of fire and security systems.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and take pride in their work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Servicing of Fire Alarms
2. Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, and Access Control is an advantage
3. No Call-Out Rotas
4. To provide a professional service and represent the company in a way which ensures customer satisfaction.
5. Take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
6. Ensure that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents and records are maintained accurately.
7. Compliance at all times with Company Policy & Health and Safety legislation.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 2 years experience with Fire alarms
2. Full, valid UK driving licence
3. Thorough understanding of relevant fire alarm Standards
4. CSCS/ECS/IPAF desirable
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team
7. A genuine interest in your work with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Salary is negotiable in line with experience and qualifications.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
