As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will: support the team with a consistent flow of suitable candidates for the specialisms the office covers. You will have access to all the necessary tools to allow you the opportunity to build strong pipelines of candidates, helping contribute to the office's financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Place adverts that are creative and innovative on various job boards and social media to maximise attraction.
2. Screen and interview candidates, providing information and comprehensive advice on the recruitment process and the job role applied for.
3. Register candidates.
4. Provide local support on candidate attraction campaigns by carrying out face-to-face registration days and attending job fairs.
5. Complete relevant candidate identity and Right to Work checks.
6. Complete progress updates daily through effective pipeline management to provide a detailed and precise update to monitor fulfilment and highlight any recruitment risks.
7. Build and establish effective working relationships with our internal colleagues to liaise on resourcing requirements, applicant progress, and activity.
8. Ensure all candidate vetting is submitted correctly and meets customer standards and employment legislation.
