Location: The Ink Building, Glasgow | Full-time
Are you an organised, detail-loving team player who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support our renewals team and ensure seamless customer experiences!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Prepare and process renewal quotes
✅ Ensure accurate pricing, terms & conditions
✅ Collaborate with sales, finance & customer success teams
✅ Follow up on quotes to meet deadlines
✅ Maintain customer records in CRM
✅ Communicate renewal terms with clients
✅ Support reports & data analysis
✅ Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
What You Bring:
✨ Strong attention to detail & accuracy
Great communication skills
Team player with a proactive mindset
Basic sales/finance knowledge (a plus!)
CRM experience (Salesforce = bonus!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
