Key Responsibilities Leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio. Overseeing and mentoring audit staff, ensuring professional development. Reviewing audit files to ensure technical excellence and compliance. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice. Contributing to business development and identifying opportunities for growth. Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant audit experience. Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards. Ability to develop client relationships and provide value-added services.
