Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit an Operations Manager at our regional site in Tadcaster to lead and motivate the operational teams, be part of the site leadership team and work collaboratively to deliver shared goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership to continually build the capability of operational personnel and support diversity, equity and inclusion.
* Manage complexity and prioritise to efficiently perform in accordance with all safety/environmental legislation and maintain the standards for food/feed safety, legality, authenticity, and quality.
* Play a leading role in setting the Annual Operating Plan for their area, including Cap Ex plans, KPI glide paths, materials, savings plans and overhead budgets.
* Translate the site Compelling Business Need (CBN) and Site Master plan into clear departmental policies, goals and objectives.
* Optimise efficiency and service performance in line with AOP and improvement glidepaths and be the key mechanism for driving KPI improvement and engagement at all levels.
About You

* Minimum of 3 years Management experience
* Experience in FMCG or Brewing
* Experience in CI Management systems (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
