You will be pivotal in supporting this mission, taking control of Abi’s Diary, speaking engagements and handling all her social media.

What you will do:
In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Social Media Engagement: Proactively manage and respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms to maintain positive interactions and connections with our online community.
2. Content Production: Assist in the creation of captivating social media content, including taking photos and shooting videos using a smartphone or similar device.
3. PA Administrative Support: While focusing on the directors social media presence, you'll also organise and coordinate travel, accommodation, and hospitality requirements, and draft documents using various software (including Microsoft Office) to a high standard.
4. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage electronic calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring the director’s schedule runs smoothly.
5. Report and Presentation Drafting: Contribute to the development of reports and presentations, ensuring they are well-structured and visually appealing.
6. Meeting Coordination: Organise and attend meetings, making sure the manager is well-prepared with all necessary information.
7. Client and Stakeholder Relations: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other staff to maintain effective communication and collaboration.
8. Ad-Hoc Duties: Be ready to take on any other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team.
9. Travel: Traveling with Abi to all her engagements and making sure the event is well documented on social media.
What Qualities Are Important to Us:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities:
1. Excellent Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
2. Previous Administrative Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to engage effectively with both online and offline stakeholders.
4. IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages for document creation and data management.
5. Multi-Tasking: The capacity to manage a busy workload and switch between social media and administrative tasks seamlessly.
6. Productivity: The ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. PA/Executive Admin Experience: Previous experience in a personal assistant or executive administrative role within a busy office setting.
8. Diary Management: Essential experience in managing calendars and schedules.
9. Driver's License and Own Transport: A full driving license and access to your own transport are essential.
