Join our Dynamic team as an Executive Assistant We are seeking a talented and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Asset Management Directorate on a permanent basis. In this key role, you will provide confidential, high-level administrative and project support to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Asset Management leadership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, excel at diary management, and are keen to make a real difference this could be the perfect role for you Some of the things we are looking for: At least two years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role, or equivalent Experience of diary management, minute taking and organising meetings and events Excellent Communicator with experience of working with senior employees and Board members Strong organisational skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people to coordinate and collate information Dedicated to delivering high standards of work and consistently maintaining confidentiality. While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to our Worcester/Solihull offices and other locations as required. Your business travel will be reimbursed in line with the current inland revenue mileage rates.
