The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of 7 on 7 UK123s with stairpods and external staircases via crane. Groundworks will be carrying out foundation pad installations alongside other building services on-site. The Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project efficiency.
Experience with Portakabin projects is preferred.

SMSTS – In-date and valid

CSCS Card – In-date and valid

First Aid Certificate – In-date and valid
*
HNC (Level 4 minimum) in Construction or related field
*
Enhanced DBS & Basic DBS – Required
*
Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
Key Responsibilities

Managing all on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule
*
Overseeing subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality control and compliance
*
Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations
*
Coordinating deliveries, logistics, and crane lifts for external staircase installations
*
Providing regular progress reports and liaising with the client and project stakeholders
Competitive day rate – negotiable based on experience.
