Role Description
This is a full-time, field-based role located in Milton Keynes for an Area Manager. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing service delivery across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. Tasks include managing staff, coordinating schedules, conducting site visits, addressing client needs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves reporting performance metrics, liaising with senior management, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Experience in staff management, scheduling, and performance monitoring
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and senior management
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Ability to work independently and proactively address issues
* Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
* Proficiency in using relevant software for reporting and scheduling
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites as required
