Responsibilities
* You will be providing a first class service to Homecare customers, including patients and clinicians.
* Act as a clear communication route when receiving information from NHS personnel and patients to enable the operations to be effective.
* Receive telephone orders from NHS personnel including GPs and Respiratory Specialists in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
* Handle emergency calls from customers relating to non-operation of their oxygen equipment, offering the appropriate equipment advice, often solving the call at the initial point of contact.
* Handle difficult and sometimes emotional telephone calls from customers/patients who have special needs, i.e. hard of hearing, frail and confused.
* Exercise judgement when listening to patients’ telephone calls as to the most appropriate action.

* You have the passion to deliver exceptional service for patients and Healthcare professionals.
* Be computer literate and able to operate the specially designed SAP system.
* You must be proficient in Microsoft Word for correspondence and Excel for data manipulation.
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
* You have the ability to work within strict time constraints and under pressure, as well as strong communication/interpersonal skills.
* Proven accuracy and efficiency in processing data.
* You must have a high level of personal integrity.
