About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging History lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the school's curriculum. Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching resources and strategies. Assess student progress through essays, source analysis, presentations, and class participation, providing timely and constructive feedback. Contribute to the development of teaching resources and schemes of work within the History department. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in History. A good understanding of the secondary history curriculum and effective teaching methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
