Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Negotiator, based in Derby with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Negotiator will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and providing expert advice to clients. The role also includes marketing properties, liaising with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications
1. Experience in property sales, lettings, and property viewings
2. Skills in negotiation, client management, and providing expert advice
3. Marketing and promotional skills for property listings
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Familiarity with the local property market is a plus
7. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
