What will you do?
You can expect to develop your knowledge and gain experience in a number of areas:
* Project manage the entire lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into our operations
* Collaborate with suppliers to develop optimal technical solutions and services
* Play a vital role in the design, execution, and validation testing of engineering projects
* Enhance the reliability, performance, and safety of manufacturing equipment and utilities
* Implement innovative digital solutions to enhance process efficiency and uphold product quality standards
* Get involved in Smart Manufacturing projects to enhance efficiencies
* Support engineering resource management to ensure the safety and effectiveness of systems
* Identify and advocate engineering best practices and emerging technologies
* Asset management and maintenance, leveraging techniques such as condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance
* Data analysis and key performance indicator trending to identify process improvements
* Provide day-to-day support for risk assessments, equipment issues, and breakdowns
* Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and process improvement initiatives
* Stay informed with cutting-edge engineering & digital technologies and AI
