The Role
We are thrilled to announce a recent three-year project win, and as a result, we are seeking a skilled and experienced dual-trained Asbestos Analyst/Surveyor to join our team. This role will be based at a prominent hospital trust in Southwest London.
We are building a dedicated team in proximity to key sites in Epsom, St Helier, and Croydon to support the project throughout its duration—and we hope you’ll continue to grow with us beyond its completion.
Responsibilities include:
* Undertaking asbestos surveys on all types of buildings from domestic to commercial and industrial.
* Mentoring assistant asbestos surveyors.
* Carrying out 4 stage clearances and other air tests (backgrounds, leaks, personals, and reassurances), in locations throughout the South.
* Ensure that files/general paperwork is filled in correctly and to a high-quality standard – following AEC UKAS procedures.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the general public.
* Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
Requirements / Experience
* You should have at least P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
* Experience in a similar position.
* Understand the principles of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide.
* You will need to be flexible in your approach to work and willing to work weekends/nights and spend time away from home.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to clients and colleagues at all levels.
* Must have a full UK driving license.
