Are you a Brand/Product Manager with experience in D2C/retail?
We are working with a direct to consumer manufacturing business who are going through a period of growth and expanding their market presence, looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Head of Brand responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of leading a talented team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives and be the driving force behind their brand identity and product portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions.
2. Brand Management: Enhance and maintain each individual brand identity within the portfolio, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, across the -marketing mix.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
4. Digital Marketing: Partner with Head of E-Commerce to drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
5. Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches - developing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.
6. Customer Engagement: Enhance customer experience through targeted marketing efforts across multiple channels
7. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media outlets, and other stakeholders.
Your skills and experience:
8. Experience: Extensive experience in brand management and product management within a direct-to-consumer retail environment.
9. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
10. Product Expertise: Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management, with a track record of successful product launches.
11. Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
12. Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
