Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for Residents and staff alike. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, but not essential, as it will enhance your ability to meet the specific needs of our Residents.
Responsibilities
1. Perform thorough cleaning of residents' bedrooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
2. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitise bathrooms.
3. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
5. Restock cleaning supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels.
6. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
7. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
3. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
5. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with Residents and staff.

Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 36 per week
