About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet guests warmly and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
* Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Provide menu recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
* Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and coffee, as per hotel standards.
* Assist in setting up dining areas, ensuring tables are properly arranged and stocked.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining areas and bar sections.
* Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
* Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
* Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.
* Support event catering and private dining experiences when required.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a boutique hotel or fine dining setting.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, cocktails, and hospitality trends.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
