We are looking for a dynamic Learning Support Assistant to join our welcoming team. You will be working alongside a range of colleagues from Hardwick House including our leadership team, teachers, learning support assistants, support staff and therapists, all of which will support you to thrive in this role. Hardwick House School is a small specialist independent school for learners, aged 7-19, with high functioning autism. We provide a safe learning environment in which our learners can boost their self-esteem, thrive, and succeed academically and socially. We have expanded our offer to support our KS4 leavers in their further education study pathways, specifically those returning to mainstream college. Your role would be instrumental in supporting this cohort of learners at Loughborough College.
