About Our Client
Page Group is working with a renowned business based between Wakefield & Huddersfield who are looking to appoint a Customer Service & Supply Manager. This role will manage a team responsible for all B2B Customer service functions and the management of the customer order book.
Job Responsibilities:
* Direct management of a supply chain and logistics focused customer service function, liaising with B2B customers across various channels.
* Order book management - ensure the customer order book is well managed with customers receiving their orders within pre-agreed timescales.
* Ensure customers are kept up to date with any potential changes to their orders.
* Drive the on-time in full (OTIF) metric, undertaking regular process reviews and root cause analysis to identify historical issues.
* Work closely with production to ensure customers are given accurate lead times and delivery dates.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, supply chain, production, and warehousing, creating strong working relationships.
* Best utilize the SAP systems.
* Take ownership of any escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
* Provide the team with regular training, development, and support.
The Successful Applicant:
* Experience in a similar Customer Service or Supply role.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage varying priorities.
