The Reporting Analyst will support the financial and non-financial reporting needs of the firm's internal and external clients, to enable well-informed decision-making.
The role holder will collaborate with Reporting colleagues across the globe and will provide reporting support to a wide range of colleagues in other Global Center-based Services.

The successful candidate will:
Responsibilities:
1. Provide data in the form of reports and dashboards to assist with various Firm initiatives and processes, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, partner compensation, profitability, diversity and inclusion, and other areas of high priority.
2. Support data reporting and business intelligence needs of the business by communicating with In Market customers in our global offices and various business functions.
3. Test and validate standard reports and dashboards using multiple sources of data for various business processes.
4. Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Filter and “clean” data, and review trends of bad data to identify problems with data capture, design, and architecture.
5. Continually seek new and innovative ways to provide value-added financial and non-financial reporting to senior leadership and colleagues around the Firm.
6. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Create reports to provide analytical insights to stakeholders where appropriate.
7. Deliver services to the end users within established SLAs.
Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree focusing on Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or other related areas. Relevant professional experience will also be considered.
2. Some experience in corporate financial reporting or professional services reporting is desirable.
3. Strong Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, PowerPoint, and expert-level skills in Excel.
4. Hands-on experience in using SAP, Business Objects Intelligence Tools, Tableau, PowerBI, or other analytics/visualization tools would be advantageous.
5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exemplary quality standards.
6. Proactive and motivated approach with good organizational skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with others.
