My Client are a well-established Groundworks & Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in residential housing projects. They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of their groundworks projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Role Overview:
As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of groundworks contracts for residential developments across multiple sites. You will oversee project schedules, budgets, health and safety compliance, and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage multiple groundworks projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
* Contract Management: Review contracts, handle variations, and ensure compliance with all terms and regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and high-quality performance.
* Client Liaison: Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, and provide regular project updates.
* Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance on-site.

Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within groundworks or construction, particularly in residential housing.
* Strong understanding of groundworks processes and contract management.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Desirable:
* Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., HNC, HND, or degree).
